The Barnes Citizens Building is owned by BCK Barnes, LLC (a Missouri
Limited Liability Corporation) and was purchased from National City
Bank of Cleveland on March 15, 1999. The Barnes Citizens Building
has retained the services of National City Bank Corporate Real Estate
to manage the property, provide an on-site property manager and
on-site support staff.
Largely empty
at the time of purchase, BCK Barnes, LLC has secured two long-term
anchor leases for the property. Both leases ( one 10 year and one
12 year) commenced in 1999 and, combined, brings occupancy levels
to approximately 15% of total square footage.
New ownership
